The  first post on my internet “home from home” for my Coaching and Counselling business… I have so many words flashing through my brain right now, that I just can’t get them typed out quick enough! Anyway, that means this is a brief hello … *waves hi*.

My name is Michelle (oh dear, I’m thinking like I sound like a contestant on a tv quiz show … and now have Eminem’s song echoing in my head)! Anyway, I ventured into the coaching world as not only do I enjoy helping people but feel it’s a natural addition to my counselling practice and of course utilises much of the same skills!

Helping others is not only an exciting journey but a rewarding one, and also provides challenges which I love… challenges which then afford both client and facilitator opportunities to evolve, grow and become “more”.  In fact I have that on my personal Facebook page – “Ever-evolving”!
